On the eve of the football World Cup in South Africa, BNI Hogarth have decided to embrace the spirit of the planet’s biggest international sporting event, and have launched the BNI Hogarth World Cup!

The members of the chapter have been split into six teams of five players. Each team represents a country that has qualified for real World Cup Finals. The countries represented are Argentina, Brazil, France, Holland, Italy and… the Germans!

The aim of the game is to win the Hogarth World Cup and go down in the history books as the inaugural winners of this great event!

Seriously though, the aim of the competition is to bring new visitors to our chapter during June – a traditionally quiet month for BNI visitors. We hope that those who visit will enjoy their morning with us, make some great business contacts and even consider joining this great networking group.

Each team member will gain points for bringing a positive contribution to the weekly party, be it a referral, a testimonial or, best of all, a visitor. The competition has been loaded, point-wise, in favour of visitors, so the more visitors through the door, the more points a team will earn.

We hope that good business opportunities arise from this initiative, but above all, we want it to be fun in a truly Hogathian way!
